Send your diamond for review

Your listing. Your question. Let’s start there.

Bring the diamond you’re considering and tell us what matters to you. The report, price and available video help us make the conversation useful.

What happens after you send it

Your evidence, in one place.

01

Receipt

The confirmation shows that your request was accepted. It is not a diamond recommendation.

02

Review

Josh or Rob looks at the information you supplied. If something important is missing, the next step is to ask for it.

03

Next action

The reply explains what supports the choice, what needs another look and which questions to take back to the seller.

This is the proposed service flow. The form in this design preview does not collect or deliver requests.

Make the review count

Send the report that belongs to that exact listing.

A similar stone is not the same stone. Match the report number and dimensions to the retailer’s listing before sending. If anything disagrees, flag it in your question.

Useful evidence

The details make it useful.

Add the grading report, asking price and actual photo or video links if you have them. For natural diamonds, start with GIA.

Tell us the budget, setting and tradeoff you care about most. A buyer chasing visible size needs a different conversation from one choosing between inclusion types.

Keep account passwords, payment details and unrelated personal information out of your message.

Have a deadline?

Include the purchase or return date. A request does not reserve the stone, promise a reply by that date or extend the seller’s terms.

Would you rather talk it through?

A free consultation works well when the question is bigger than one listing.
