START WHERE YOU ARE

One question or twenty open tabs.
You’re in the right place.

01

“I don’t know where to start.”

Tell us your budget, the shape you like and whether you want natural or lab grown. We’ll help you work out where to focus.

02

“Is this stone any good?”

Bring the listing and report. We’ll look at what supports the choice, what concerns us and what’s missing.

03

“Which of these two?”

We’ll compare the same evidence for both diamonds against your priorities. The bigger carat number does not settle it.

WHAT TO BRING

Send what you have.
We’ll spot the gaps.

No shortlist yet? Your budget and preferences give us a place to start.

  • ✓

Your budget and currency. Say whether the setting shares that budget.

  • ✓

Any listing links, asking prices and grading reports you have.

  • ✓

Available photos or video links, plus your preferred shape and setting.

  • ✓

Your main question and any purchase or return deadline.

WHAT YOU GET

Advice you can act on.

  1. 1. A clear direction. The tradeoffs that fit your budget and priorities.
  2. 2. The reasons behind it. What the report and images support, and what needs another look.
  3. 3. Your next checks. Questions to ask the seller and evidence to request before committing.

Choose an available time and check the time zone when booking. For a written enquiry, include your deadline. A submission does not reserve a diamond or extend a seller’s return window.

A TRADE DETAIL WORTH KNOWING

Two retailer listings can be the same diamond.

Match the grading report number before treating them as separate choices. Then compare the total price and buying terms. That tells you more than counting retailer badges.

WHAT THE ADVICE SOUNDS LIKE

Less guessing. Better questions.

Illustrative conversation

“Should I pay for higher clarity?”

Look at the inclusion type, position and visibility in that particular stone. Paying for a higher grade does not automatically buy a visible improvement.

Next step: Get a clear video and ask about visibility at normal viewing distance. Then weigh the price difference.

Illustrative conversation

“The report says Excellent. Can I buy it?”

For a natural round, start with GIA and look at the proportions together. Then check the actual images and video.

Next step: Ask for the visual evidence. Numbers narrow the field. They do not prove sparkle.

These examples explain the process. They are not client reviews or promised outcomes.

KNOW THE SCOPE

A buying decision needs more than a score.

A remote review works with the information available. We’ll tell you when we need more. It cannot certify the identity of a delivered diamond, replace a lab report or provide an insurance appraisal.

For natural diamonds, our starting point is GIA. The report, visual evidence, price and seller's terms each have a job to do.

How free advice gets funded

Retailers pay us a commission on qualifying referrals. That adds no referral fee to your purchase.

Ask about the relationship behind any recommendation. You should understand the diamond and how we get paid.
